MoonlightHere we sit Under moonlight brighter than that light of day Whiling away the long hours of the night While the water dances and the stars twinkle Let us forget ourselves here under the spell of moonlight and water The waves will lap away at our fears and our nightmares Wearing them from boulders down to mere sand That still is what it was, yet can now be reborn Let you and I immerse ourselves in this erosion Let us strip away the long days of hardship we have shared Till the rough edges given us by life Are worn smooth against each-other and the water And all we are is ouMoonlight

DuetLet you and I sing away the Night Let our fears melt away like snow in the sunlight As you and I make harmony With our voices With our minds With our hearts In this darkness deep with shadows dancing The light outside the cave Nowhere to be seen Yet we care not The music here is all we need We close our eyes And all we see is lightDuet

The WolfI know I know now why on cold nights when all the warmth of kin and kind is gone They sit And stare And Howl with all they are At the pale and lonely moon For this is what they are sayingThe Wolf
"We are alike, you and I, Both lonely, both alone Let us be alone together Me beneath the sky,
Where you seem to live Where no star is as lonely as you and I"
And sometimes, on certain nights There comes an answer, not from the moon
But from those kin and kind left far behind
"Never think that we have forgotten you,
You are one of us

MidnightCold on the lonely stroke of midnight, Born of things which the world does not yet know This vaingloriousness appears Set apart from this world, yet of it all the same This different sort of thing Born, not of a thing, not of this crude matter such as weMidnight
But of a Dream.
A Dream not of idle thought, drifting through a sleeping mind But of the racing thought of minds that never truly sleep That dare to see the world, not as it is,
But as they want it to be with everything they are
Because they too are set apart
They too were born of different stuff &n

City's CaptiveTake a look out there On that city street corner And tell me what you see.City's Captive
See that tattered whore Standing on the corner? She shivers there, In torn tights, As the sleet splashes onto the curb. She’s a slave to exhaustion, Selling her soul To stand on broken glass. But do you notice That alluring smile?
Take a look out there On that city street corner And tell me what you see.
See that stunning girl Waiting across the way? She stands there, In expensive clothing, As the sleet splashes onto the curb. &nb

I RememberRemember when you used to kiss me everyday; It seems like forever ago now; remember? Remember the embraces? Remember how we’d laugh and play? Isn’t it strange? Like that day it was cold as December? It was mid-July; we would have frozen if not for each other. I remember our kisses were as sweet and warm though, as July, And in the warmth in the cold we hovered over one another. Sometimes I look back and I want to cry, But what we had was a happy to die for, do you remember? Do you ever look back at it all and do you remember?I Remember
The fire has burned down to just a few warm embers…
